A yoga community built on honest connection, shared adventure, and showing up just as you are.
Why this exists
We live in a world that often encourages us to curate our lives rather than experience them. I wanted to create something different—a place where people can move their bodies, explore beautiful places, build meaningful relationships, and show up exactly as they are.
What you'll find here
This is first and formost a community where you belong. The blog and newsletter offer fun reads, food for thought, simple activies for self-care, activities for kids, as well as discount codes on useful products and exclusive info on new events. In person events are spaces where you can build authentic connection with other “real” people. No picture perfect poses, no pretending to be something you are not. Just a little movement, a little nature, and a lot of connection.
Underlying beliefs
Yoga is for every body, community is built face to face, nature brings us back to ourselves, and real moments matter more than perfect ones. Classes and events are beginner friendly and while they are a good fit for the adventure-curious, no experiences with yoga or the outdoors is needed. You won’t see much activity on social media, but there is work going on behind the scenes to bring you opportunities for authentic in person connection.
About Lesley
I’m a mom and a yoga teacher and like so many women I found that when I stepped into motherhood my yoga practice quietly slipped away. Not because I didn’t need it, but because it became nearly impossible to access. Studios don’t offer childcare, and practicing at home with a young child rarely felt restorative. What I needed wasn’t just yoga it was a child-inclusive yoga community. This sparked my passion creating spaces where mothers can care for themselves without needing to leave their children to do so.
While I firmly believe kids belong in community, I also hold space for people without kids or parents who need time away through adult-only yoga classes and retreats.
